Another great addition to my remodeled bathroom. My contractor had no issues installing it. Works well. The "rain shower" is not hard - not supposed to be, but I find it has adequate flow, and the handheld has good pressure. Overall, very pleased!

I don't have the shower

I don't have the shower head yet as we are still remodeling. The packaging is wonderful! Great care was taken to make sure the item did not get damaged in shipping. Shipping was fast and I'm happy.
